Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Houston, TX is seeking a Will Call Coordinator to provide outstanding service to customers, support sales teams, and assist associates in the will call area. The role involves selecting products, palletizing, organizing orders, and processing invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will interact with customers, vendors and colleagues, requiring strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 6–12 months of order selection/warehouse work experience.
• Experience operating pallet jack and/or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately, timely and safely selects product from pick slots and palletizes orders.
• Organizes product for pickup in will call area and keeps area clean.
• Provides administrative support including paperwork and data entry.
• Analyzes numerical data, ensures count accuracy and labeling per shipping documents.
• Communicates with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive manner.
• Applies food safety and HACCP requirements in all tasks.
• Performs backup warehouse duties as needed (receiving, put-away, loading, etc.).
