Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Houston seeks a Will Call Coordinator to provide excellent service to customers, sales and associates in the will call area, handling product selection, invoicing, and payments. The role may report to warehouse or sales and requires strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Schedule: Sunday 7 AM - 1 PM; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM. Compensation: $23-$27/hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate/GED.
• 6-12 months order selection and/or warehouse experience with pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Preferred: 1-3 years in foodservice distribution warehousing; customer service; computer skills.
• Pallet Jack and/or Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately, timely and safely select product; palletize and organize for pick up.
• Provide administrative support: verbal/written communication, paperwork, data entry.
• Analyze data, verify counts and quality per shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel positively.
• Uphold HACCP and food safety in all activities.
• Back up warehouse duties as needed: receiving, put-away, sanitation, loading.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
