Performance Foodservice is seeking a dependable Will Call Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and customer pickup process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, solving problems, helping customers, and keeping products moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of order selection and/or warehouse work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency using computers and standard office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers picking up orders at the will call window.
• Coordinate paperwork and documentation for customer pickups.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and associates.
• Enter and maintain information accurately in company computer systems.
• Process invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Assist with internal Cash & Carry operations as needed.
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient flow of information and product throughout the facility.
• Support other operational and customer service functions as needed.
