Performance Foodservice is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Will Call Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and customer pickup process. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and solving problems to keep products moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance administrative tasks with frontline service. Monday-Friday, day shift in a warehouse setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating pallet jack and/or forklift preferred.
• Strong math and data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers picking up orders at will call window.
• Coordinate paperwork for customer pickups.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and associates.
• Enter and maintain information in company systems.
• Process invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Support Cash & Carry operations as needed.
• Help ensure smooth information and product flow through the facility.
• Support other operations and customer service as needed.
