Job summary

Critter Control Operations, a Rollins brand, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow wildlife management solutions for residential and commercial properties across assigned territories in Florida. You will prospect, consult with customers, and tailor humane wildlife services to fit their needs.

This role rewards results with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, ESPP, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be available to travel up to 10%
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

Responsibilities

• As an Outside Sales Representative, drive growth by prospecting, developing relationships, and delivering solutions to residential and commercial customers
• Assess customer needs, recommend humane wildlife services, and partner with operations to ensure a quality customer experience
• Act as consultative problem solver and grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure safe and smooth service
