Job summary

Critter Control Operations seeks a Service Manager to lead wildlife exclusion and remediation teams for residential and commercial properties. You will coach technicians, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive on-time service delivery across a district.

You will schedule, recruit, and train staff, oversee fleet and supply management, and partner with the District Manager to ensure customer retention and operational excellence. This is a full-time on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work in the field independently and solve problems on the job.
• Proficiency with software and applications used for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety compliance and service quality.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize delivery and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to maintain service excellence.
• Oversee district fleet maintenance and vehicle readiness.
• Address customer concerns and improve retention.
• Cover routes as needed and manage district chemical orders and supplies.
• Collaborate with the District Manager on accounts receivable and payments.
