Job summary

Critter Control Operations seeks a District Manager to lead sales and service across multiple locations. You will drive growth, coach teams, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery while meeting district financial goals.

The role combines customer relationships, operational excellence, and strategic leadership across a wide territory. You will recruit and develop field staff, manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Sales, military or job-related experience
• Hired candidates must reside or relocate central to their assigned region
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service operations across territory; drive growth and coach teams.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery and achieve district performance goals.
• Support sales execution and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee operational and financial performance.
