Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Services seeks a District Service Manager to oversee a team of technicians delivering wildlife exclusion and repair services for residential and commercial properties.

You will lead field operations, ensure safety compliance, manage scheduling, training, and fleet maintenance while maintaining service excellence. The role requires travel up to 10% (including to Atlanta, GA within 60 days) and a background in construction-related trades; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Strong leadership abilities and background in service management.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work in the field independently and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety and service quality.
• Manage routing and scheduling for efficient service delivery.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
• Oversee service fleet maintenance within the district and ensure vehicles are serviced.
• Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and support retention efforts.
• Cover open routes when needed due to vacations or turnover.
• Manage district chemical orders and wildlife control supplies.
