Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties.

You will identify entry points, install barriers, and ensure humane wildlife prevention following safety and quality standards. In this role you will inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas, perform repairs, and document services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
