Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions following safety and quality guidelines.

Daily tasks include inspecting roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and more; installing exclusion materials; completing minor roof and siding repairs; and reporting to customers with detailed scopes of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.
• Licensed in Pest Control and Wildlife Removal is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties.
• Identify entry points and complete structural repairs.
• Install preventative exclusion materials (screens, chimney caps, vent covers, barriers).
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.

Skills
