Job summary

Critter Control Operations is hiring a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands‑on exclusion, repair, and remediation work on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete minor structural repairs to prevent wildlife intrusions.

You will document work, liaise with customers, and coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a high‑quality, safe service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician: perform hands‑on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties.
• Identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.
• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
