Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention measures following safety and quality guidelines.

Daily duties include inspections of roofs and crawlspaces, installing exclusion barriers, minor repairs, humane trapping, and thorough reporting to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.
• Licensed in Pest Control and Wildlife Removal is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform exclusion, repair, and remediation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Identify entry points and complete structural repairs.
• Install preventative exclusion materials (screens, chimney caps, vent covers) and other barriers.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
