Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You’ll identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety and quality guidelines.

In this role, you will inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas to locate vulnerabilities; install barriers; perform repairs; and document all work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other entry points.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques per company standards.
• Maintain documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
