Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation work on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete minor repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role involves inspecting roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas, using humane trapping methods, and documenting services and reports for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction or address concerns
