Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands‑on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention measures while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will conduct interior and exterior inspections across roofs, attics, and crawlspaces, install barrier products, and carry out minor repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation methods per regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
