Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete structural repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install exclusion materials such as screens and vent covers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations as needed.
• Safely trap and relocate wildlife following company standards.
• Maintain documentation and review scopes with customers.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
