Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting, building relationships, and delivering tailored wildlife management solutions to residential and commercial customers in the Bloomington area.

You will assess customer needs, present detailed proposals, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience from consultation to service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with proven outside sales experience, preferably in related fields.
• Ability to work in the field and manage your own schedule with multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnose wildlife and pest issues and recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive sales.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a safe, smooth customer experience.
