Job summary

Quantam Solutions in Frankfort, KY is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a new technology initiative focused on WIC eligibility determination. You will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and guide system enhancements and portal developments.

You will act as SME for WIC functionality, participate in JAD sessions, develop test plans, and assist with ongoing maintenance after implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years BA experience (or 2+ years with WIC-related work).
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience evaluating solutions and ensuring they meet requirements.
• Strong SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and finalize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
• Participate in JAD sessions for new systems and enhancements.
• Review design documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify gaps and resolve issues with stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop test plans and scenarios for system enhancements.
• Support testing activities and RAID tracking.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and SME for WIC system functionality.
