Job summary

• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for ongoing support.
• Support team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range from USD $50,000 to USD $100,000 per year.
• Compensation is highly customizable and discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
