Shine BrightX LLC in the United States is seeking a results-driven insurance team lead to conduct client interviews, explain policy options, and oversee underwriting and claims support.

You will recruit and train a team, drive KPI achievement, and foster a competitive, inclusive culture while becoming a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions. Availability to start within six weeks is required.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess client needs and clearly explain available insurance policy options.

• Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange payment methods with applicants.
• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for ongoing support.
• Support and establish team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range from USD $50,000 to USD $100,000 per year.
• Compensation is highly customizable and discussed with the onboarding manager.
