HTU in Cincinnati seeks a bold, client‑focused leader to build and manage a team delivering senior insurance solutions. You will conduct initial interviews, explain policy options, and drive field underwriting with integrity.

This role arranges payments, follows up on claims, and maintains ongoing client support while nurturing a competitive, inclusive work environment and hitting KPIs. Availability to start within six weeks is expected.

Your Role

• Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange payment methods with applicants.
• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing support.
• Support team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Develop expertise in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.
• Foster a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD $50,000 to USD $100,000 per year.
• Compensation is highly customizable and discussed with the onboarding manager.
