Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and site safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends.
• Perform site audits and track corrective actions to close gaps.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities on site.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
• Influence safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
