Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our Global WHS Program implementation and be the safety champion at the site.

You will drive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity. Collaborate with Operations leadership to elevate safety culture and ensure compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon safety experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership at the site.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
• Oversee audits, incident trends, and corrective actions for performance.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
