Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety and drive operational excellence across our sites. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and influence leadership to improve our safety culture.

In this role, you will manage audits, oversee the first aid program and emergency response, and partner with operations to integrate safety into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS/env programs in manufacturing or service ops.
• 3+ years in people/performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Drive safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analysis.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
