Job summary

Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the site safety program and champion a culture of safety. You will drive Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and partner with Operations to align safety with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Global WHS Program implementation and safety culture.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and ensure immediate care.
• Partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
