Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives at our Brooklyn Park site in Minnesota. You will drive the Global WHS Program, conduct risk assessments, and analyze data to deliver practical safety improvements while balancing productivity and well-being of associates.

You'll manage compliance, audits, incident trend analysis, and our first aid program, partnering with operations leadership to embed safety across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as safety champion on site.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to implement practical improvements.
• Lead safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analysis to target improvements.
• Manage our first aid program and emergency response capabilities on site.
