Job summary

Amazon seeks a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives and implement the Global WHS Program across sites. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and partner with Operations to protect associates while enabling productivity.

Responsibilities include audits, incident trend analysis, and managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities. Travel 50-70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership across sites.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership and ensure compliance.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Conduct site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
