Qualifications

• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation at the site and drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and implement practical safety solutions.
• Travel 50-70% of the time and work various shifts to support safety needs across sites.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
