Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across the site, lead the Global WHS Program, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, run audits, manage first aid and emergency response, and translate safety data into actions.

Travel 50-70% and shift flexibility are required. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon safety experience.
• 3+ years in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety governance.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement preventive measures.
• Perform site audits, monitor incident trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and train associates.
