Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs, strong people management skills, and the ability to influence across a fast-paced environment. Expect 50–70% travel and multi-shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and serve as the site's safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Perform site audits, monitor incident trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Travel 50-70% of the time and work multiple shifts; coordinate safety across sites.
