Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree – Liberal Arts or Business preferred.
• Minimum two years of business-related or retail experience.
• Proficiency in SAP order management; PKMS or similar WMS experience a plus.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel to corporate offices if required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, confirm and maintain customer orders in SAP; manage orders for multiple accounts.
• Validate seasonal buys and in-season reorders; resolve discrepancies with accounts.
• Monitor weekly order fulfillment; flag issues impacting delivery or finance.
• Communicate issues affecting deliveries, shortages, or delays to Sales and Accounts.
• Build relationships with accounts and buyers; understand brand requirements.
• Update orders based on customer requests; assess financial impact of changes.
• Support multiple markets and seasonal buys; ensure order integrity with Sales.
• Track deliveries through warehouse systems until invoiced.
• Review PO status and provide updates to Sales and Accounts; travel to offices as needed.
