Qualifications

• Ability to learn and navigate SAP order management system and PKMS warehouse management systems
• Intermediate Excel skills including formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas
• Analytical aptitude for numbers and data interpretation
• Basic knowledge of retail math
• Ability to learn business processes and systems quickly
• Ability to recognize data inaccuracies and issues requiring attention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Professional presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and enter customer orders, confirm accuracy, and maintain order integrity across departments and international accounts
• Validate seasonal buys and in-season reorders against confirmations, communicating discrepancies
• Monitor weekly order fulfillment and flag risks affecting delivery or finance
• Communicate issues impacting deliveries (late receipts, shortages, updates) to Sales and Accounts
• Build strong relationships with accounts and buyers; align with Sales on preferences
• Understand brand processes and requirements for the division
• Update orders per customer requests and sales direction, understanding financial impact
• Support multiple markets and seasonal buys, ensuring order integrity with Sales
• Identify when to involve management for problem solving and decisions
• Track deliveries through warehouse systems until invoiced
• Review PO status and provide updates to Sales and Accounts
