Job summary

Ralph Lauren Wholesale Services is seeking an Account Service Analyst to manage customer orders across multiple brands and markets. You will work directly with Ralph Lauren Accounts and Sales on order management, validating buys and reorders, and supporting post-market activities with analysis and reporting.

You will build strong relationships with accounts, monitor deliveries, and ensure accurate data and timely communication to prevent financial risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP order management and related systems.
• Knowledge of PKMS warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
• Understanding of retail math and order processes.
• Ability to identify data issues and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders for assigned territory, including entry, confirmation and maintenance.
• Validate seasonal buys and reorders against confirmations; communicate discrepancies.
• Monitor weekly order fulfillment and flag concerns impacting delivery or finance.
• Communicate issues affecting deliveries, late receipts, shortages, and delays to Sales.
• Build relationships with accounts and buyers to understand preferences and requirements.
