Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in retail stores. You will handle receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, stockroom organization, and support on the sales floor to maintain inventory levels.

This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to store needs, with opportunities for progression into leadership roles across RL stores.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required).
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Support Associate is primarily a non-selling role; however, this can shift as business dictates.
• Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets
• Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels using company guidelines
