Job summary

Ranch Brand Meat Co is hiring a full-time Wholesale Sales Manager to grow and run the wholesale channel for a pasture-to-counter beef brand that owns its cattle, its USDA plant, and four retail stores in the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin.

You will build new account sales to restaurants, grocers, and institutions from the Chippewa Valley to the Twin Cities, manage existing wholesale accounts, and oversee the weekly order loop with the plant, ensuring pricing stays within the margins.

Qualifications

• Experience selling food or beverage to restaurants or retail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and keep a clean pipeline.
• Understanding of margin and pricing within an agreed floor.

Responsibilities

• New account sales to restaurants, grocers, butcher counters, and institutions from the Chippewa Valley to the Twin Cities.
• Manage every existing wholesale account from day one.
• Oversee the weekly order loop with the plant and coordinate pricing within floor margins.
