Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or related role.
• Experience in wholesale or consumer products preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical aptitude with costs, margins, and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and organize costing sheets from overseas offices and suppliers.
• Prepare internal costing spreadsheets including product costs, freight, duty, tariffs, and margins.
• Maintain pricing charts and update costing information as needed.
• Prepare internal pricing presentations and reports for management.
• Assist with customer quotations, price updates and margin analysis.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and product databases.
• Coordinate daily tasks for major national retail accounts.
• Prepare customer assortment charts, line sheets, and product presentations.
• Respond to buyer inquiries within guidelines; track orders and shipping timelines.
• Coordinate with design, product development, production, and sales teams.
• Maintain trackers for projects, samples, approvals, and deadlines.
