Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products, and process sales at multiple MA locations.

You will tint and mix products, maintain orderly files, and stay up-to-date on product features; the role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, valid driver's license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. The position offers health benefits and a generous time-away package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
