Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present suitable paint products and services.

You will process transactions, tint and mix products, maintain accurate files, and help drive store sales while delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual abilities are a plus; evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and product formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
