Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and present suitable paint products and services. You will process sales, maintain records, tint/mix products, and support deliveries while staying informed on product features and promotions.

You will engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, meet store sales goals, and continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
