The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, 1 year in retail or related roles, and the ability to read and speak multiple languages, including Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED; 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service; experience selling paint; experience operating tinting equipment; ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
