The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in-person and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend the right paint solutions. You will process sales, maintain accurate records, tint and mix products to spec, and stay informed about product features to uphold high quality and visual standards.

• Customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
