Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Wholesale Product Specialist to help customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present the right paint solutions. You will process sales, tint and mix products to spec, and keep precise records while maintaining high visual store standards and driving sales goals.

Candidates should stay current on product features, deliver excellent customer service, and be prepared to work evenings and weekends. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
