Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to support commercial paint customers, determine needs, and recommend products. The role includes processing sales, tinting/mixing as required, and maintaining high store presentation.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in delivery/retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus; availability to work varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
