Job summary

United Legwear & Apparel Co. is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to own season readiness and execution for a group of wholesale accounts.

The role coordinates Sales, Planning, Production, and DC leadership to keep each season on an actionable plan and closes gaps before they impact ship windows or chargebacks. You will manage full operational visibility across accounts, collaborating across Sales, Planning, Production, Customer Service, and DC operations, driving issues to resolution

Qualifications

5+ years in wholesale apparel or consumer goods operations.
Experience with major national retail accounts (e.g., Dick's, Target, TJ Maxx, Burlington).
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own season readiness and execution for an assigned group of wholesale accounts.
Bridge Sales, Planning, Production, Customer Service and DC to maintain an actionable plan.
Close gaps to prevent missed ship windows, chargebacks, shortages, or cancellations.
Drive issues to resolution with data-driven decision-making.
