Job summary

United Legwear & Apparel Co. in Edison, NJ is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to own season readiness for wholesale accounts, including off-price and in-season orders.

You will coordinate Sales, Planning, Production, Customer Service, and DC teams to maintain a clear, actionable plan and resolve issues swiftly. The role requires 5+ years in wholesale apparel operations, strong ERP and Excel skills, and experience with major retail accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wholesale apparel or consumer goods operations, managing orders for major national retail accounts.
• Fluency across ERP order/inventory configuration (Exenta or comparable); production and WIP timelines; DC execution.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Major retail account experience: routing guides, packing specifications, label/ticketing requirements, and chargeback exposure and resolution.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment, with strong cross-functional and cross-company communication.
• Analytical, resolution-focused, and detail-oriented, with root-cause analysis and solution implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns season readiness and execution for an assigned group of wholesale accounts, including off-price and in-season orders.
• Keeps the full operational picture across Sales, Planning, Production, Customer Service, and DC teams.
• Closes gaps before they cause missed ship windows, chargebacks, shortages, or cancellations.
• Drives issues to resolution rather than just flagging them.
