United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist based in New Jersey to own season readiness and execution for wholesale accounts, including off-price and in-season orders.

This role coordinates Sales, Planning, Production, and DC leadership to maintain a clear, actionable plan. You will keep the full operational picture across accounts, close gaps between departments, and drive issues to resolution rather than flag them, ensuring on-time shipments and optimal

Qualifications

5+ years in wholesale apparel operations with major national retail accounts.
ERP order/inventory configuration (Exenta or comparable), production and WIP timelines.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Major retail account experience: routing guides, packing specs, label/ticketing, chargebacks.
Customer-focused with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Own season readiness and execution for assigned wholesale accounts.
Lead Sales, Planning, Production, and DC to keep accounts and seasons on an actionable plan.
Maintain the full operational picture across accounts and seasons; close gaps to prevent issues.
Drive issues to resolution to avoid missed ship windows, chargebacks, shortages, or cancellations.
