Job summary

Yamaha Motor Crp. USA is seeking a Wholesale Specialist I to support the Motorsports dealer network from our Marietta, GA facility.

You will coordinate dealer orders, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and a positive dealer experience. The role involves serving as the primary contact for the Motorsports Order Desk, creating and supporting wholesale programs, and collaborating with Sales, Inventory Planning, Logistics,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer service, sales admin, order management, or related operations.
• Experience in customer-facing dealer support or call center preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
• SAP order management or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary representative of the Motorsports Order Desk call center, providing daily phone and email support to dealers, District Managers, and internal stakeholders regarding product availability, ordering opportunities, sales programs, order status, delivery timing, and general dealer inquiries.
• Create, administer, and support wholesale sales programs, dealer orders, and promotional initiatives utilizing SAP and other business systems. Ensure program accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Monitor order fulfillment, unit releases, invoicing activity, and dealer delivery schedules to support monthly wholesale objectives and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning and Logistics teams to resolve delivery constraints and order issues.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate order discrepancies, inventory issues, dealer concerns, and program-related questions. Escalate issues appropriately and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Analyze order, inventory, and program performance data. Provide reporting, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, dealer support, and product availability.
