Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in supply planning, sales operations, data administration, inventory support, or related environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and maintain Model Set Ups for Motorsports product lines; ensure nomenclature accuracy; maintain SAP records for audit compliance.
• Administer Motorsports dealer pricing and price sheets; collect pricing information, maintain SAP records, and monitor pricing integrity across systems.
• Administer the Motorsports Loan Pool Reserve process and support routine inventory cleanup activities.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory information in SAP and prepare supporting analysis for Supply Planning.
• Perform recurring warehouse and inventory analysis to identify product-location issues and support timely dealer order fulfillment.
• Process assigned monthly chargebacks in coordination with Accounting and Vehicle Support.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal SOPs; prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for cross-functional needs.
