Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. is seeking a Wholesale Specialist I for our Marietta, GA facility to support Motorsports supply planning.

Responsibilities include managing model set ups, dealer pricing, and inventory data in SAP, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy and timely dealer order fulfillment. The role requires 1–3 years of supply planning or data administration experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, sales operations, data administration, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
• SAP experience preferred and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate and maintain all aspects of Model Set Ups for Motorsports product lines; ensure model naming fits, consolidate information, and maintain SAP records for audit readiness.
• Administer Motorsports dealer pricing and price sheets; coordinate with stakeholders to collect pricing, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with dealer sales orders.
• Manage the Motorsports Loan Pool Reserve process by collecting requests, comparing with production, and supporting inventory cleanups.
• Maintain production and inventory data in SAP and prepare analyses for Supply Planning on production, inventory, and product availability.
• Perform recurring warehouse and inventory analyses to identify product-location issues and support timely dealer order fulfillment.
• Process monthly chargebacks in coordination with Accounting and Vehicle Support; ensure timely submission.
