Job summary

Supergoop! in Texas seeks a wholesale operations professional to manage fulfillment from order receipt to shipment and to optimize inventory for wholesale partners.

You will collaborate with sales, demand planning, and purchasing to meet promotions and launches while minimizing stockouts and surpluses. Responsibilities include analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotions to forecast needs, coordinating with carriers, and driving process improvements for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a wholesale or distribution environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software.
• Experience with shipping carriers and freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand promotions, launches, and wholesale demand fluctuations.
• Analyze demand with planning to ensure optimal inventory for wholesale accounts.
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and promotions to predict future needs for wholesale partners.
• Identify stockouts and surpluses and adjust inventory levels with purchasing.
• Oversee wholesale fulfillment from order receipt to shipment and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
• Review wholesale orders and adjust timelines based on inventory availability.
• Maintain clear communication with wholesale partners on order status and shipment details.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment.
• Analyze fulfillment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
